The
FX series of flow switches offer the ultimate in reliable and repeatable
operation. The no moving parts principle of operation allows these instruments
to be used in virtually all liquids, gases and slurries. This line of
thermal dispersion flow switches can withstand temperatures to 900F and
pressures to 10,000 PSIG. Type 316L stainless steel sensors are standard
with options for exotic alloys for corrosion resistance. Many different
process connections are available, including threaded, flanged, and retractable
probes. Typically this series is used in 1/2 and larger line sizes
with our IX series used in smaller lines. |

The IX series flow switch is an
in-line device designed to easily adapt to line sizes from 1/8”
tubing to 3/4” pipes. The thermal dispersion principle of operation
offers no moving parts exposed to the process and provides an extremely
reliable and repeatable flow switch for the most demanding industrial
applications. These switches are used to detect the increase or decrease
of flow in virtually all liquids, gases, and slurries. Applications include
monitoring flow to analyzers, gas chromatographs, and chemical feeder
pumps. Flow rates down to .01cc/second can easily be detected. |

The SX series sanitary flow switch
has been designed to meet the most critical flow detection applications
in the food, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and water treatment industries.
The quick disconnect process connection allows for easy cleaning of the
units and can be utilized in clean-in-place applications. The thermal
dispersion principle of operation features no moving parts exposed to
the process. The instrument can be used to detect the increase or decrease
of flow in virtually all liquids, gases, and slurries. |

The FM series is designed to provide
an extremely reliable flow switch at a very cost effective price. This
series replaces the standard explosion proof enclosure used in our FX
series with a general purpose enclosure. The thermal dispersion principle
of operation provides no moving parts exposed to the process and is capable
of detecting the increase or decrease in flow of virtually all products.
The field adjustable set-point can be used to sense flow/no flow or the
set-point can be configured to alarm at a known flow rate. A relay output
is standard providing a SPDT contact with a 3 amp rating. |
